It can take a moment for scripts to be supplied, and when they are ready, staff take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Even supplying additional associated information. Going to the same local pharmacy also meant at tax time I could get statements from them.
When they haven't had an unusual item in stock, they order it in immediately.
It's fantastic to have a local business that cares about, and builds, a relationship with their customers.
Plus, it's darn handy having the post office in there. I wonder whether we would have that service if the chemist wasn't there.
